The Seven Points of Mind Training are an ancient Tibetan method to use negative circumstances as the path to liberation.
We begin by finding a way into stillness, the basic ground of being. Then we reverse our usual reactional pattern to pleasant and unpleasant feelings with the method "Sending and Taking" (Tonglen). We work with those feelings and thoughts that are in the foreground at this moment, in particular the unpleasant ones.
Every week I will choose some of the slogains that seem particularly relevant and reflect on them and might also take a few questions.
